Keep your garage door operating smoothly and quietly with essential maintenance products. Shop professional-grade lubricants, replacement rollers, hinges, bolts, and weather seals to extend door life, prevent costly repairs, and ensure safe operation year-round. Compatible with all major garage door brands including Wayne Dalton, Clopay, Amarr, and CHI.
Lubricate every 6 months or whenever you hear squeaking. Use silicone or lithium-based garage door lubricant—never WD-40, which attracts dirt and dries out quickly.
Replace rollers every 5–7 years or sooner if you notice flat spots, wobbling, cracking, or excessive noise. Nylon rollers last longer and run quieter than steel.
Yes. If you see daylight, feel drafts, or notice pests entering, the bottom weather seal is worn or brittle. Measure your door width and track style before ordering a replacement.
Yes—hinge and bolt replacement is DIY-friendly. Work on one panel at a time and never remove hardware near torsion springs, which store dangerous tension. When in doubt, call a professional.
Garage door lubricants contain silicone or lithium for long-lasting protection and quiet operation. WD-40 is a solvent that evaporates quickly, attracts dirt, and can damage plastics—use only products designed for garage doors.
