Finding the right remote control
Wizard openers were originally equipped with different radio receivers and remotes, some of which are no longer made. To match a replacement:
- Check your working remote for the make (Multicode, Tec-Key, LiftMaster, Linear).
- Note the model number (3089, 2010, 2020, 61LM, etc.).
- Confirm the frequency (300 MHz, 310 MHz, 390 MHz).
