Do a complete, one-and-done refresh on your Wayne Dalton 9100 or 9600 foamcore, pinch-resistant door. This kit combines the full set of inner and outer hinges with heavy-duty 2" nylon rollers (11 ball bearings) and our 1 oz high-performance lubricant to restore quiet, smooth, reliable operation.

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING: Do not replace rollers on the bottom bracket. That area holds full spring tension and can cause severe injury. Only replace rollers above the bottom brackets.

Compatibility

Built for Wayne Dalton 9100 and 9600 foamcore pinch-resistant steel doors. Select your Panel (4 or 5) and Door Width (8–9 ft, 10–12 ft, 16-18 ft) to receive the correct interior-hinge quantities and roller count.

Install Tips

  • Work with the door fully closed. Replace one hinge/roller assembly at a time to maintain alignment.
  • Use a 7/16" nut driver or socket. Do not overtighten fasteners.
  • Need fasteners? Add our 1/4"-20 x 7/8" self-drilling Tek screws.

Lubrication Guidance

  • Hinges: Apply a light amount to the hinge knuckles to reduce friction and prevent rust.
  • Rollers: Lubricate the ball bearings inside the roller hub.

How many rollers and interior hinges come with my kit?

4-panel doors include 8 rollers; 5-panel include 10. Interior hinges vary by width: 4-panel = 3/6/9 and 5-panel = 4/8/12 for 8–9 ft / 10–12 ft / 16-18 ft doors.

Will these rollers fit my tracks?

Yes. The 2" nylon rollers fit standard residential 2" door tracks and are a direct fit for Wayne Dalton 9100/9600 foamcore pinch-resistant doors.

Does this kit include screws?

Screws are not included. If your fasteners are worn or missing, add our 1/4"-20 x 7/8" self-drilling Tek screws for a clean, secure install.

What tools do I need?

A 7/16" socket or nut driver, Phillips screwdriver, locking pliers, and a step ladder. Keep the door closed and replace one assembly at a time.

How should I apply lubricant?

Use a light amount on hinge knuckles. For rollers, lubricate only the ball bearings inside the hub; avoid the stem and nylon wheel to prevent dirt buildup.
