About the Lubricant

Our 1 oz high-performance formula reduces friction, resists corrosion, and keeps hinges, rollers, tracks, and locks operating smoothly in varied weather.

How many rollers come in this kit?

Choose your panel count: 4-panel doors include 8 rollers; 5-panel doors include 10 rollers. The kit also includes the correct outer anti-pinch hinges and 1 oz lubricant.

Will these rollers fit my tracks?

Yes. These are 2" nylon rollers designed for standard residential 2" door tracks and are a direct fit for Wayne Dalton 9100/9600 foamcore pinch-resistant doors.

Do I need to replace all of my rollers at once?

We recommend replacing all rollers during the same service. This gives the best improvement in noise reduction, smooth travel, and long-term reliability.

Are nylon rollers really quieter than metal rollers?

Yes. Nylon absorbs vibration and reduces metal-on-metal noise. The 11-ball bearing design also lowers friction, helping the door glide more quietly and smoothly.

Does this kit include screws?

Screws are not included. If your existing fasteners are worn or stripped, add our 1/4"-20 x 7/8" self-drilling Tek screws for a clean, secure install.

What tools do I need for installation?

A 7/16" socket or nut driver, Phillips screwdriver, locking pliers, and a step ladder are typically enough. Keep the door fully closed and replace one hinge/roller assembly at a time.

How long do these rollers last?

They are rated for about 15,000 cycles on an 8 ft door under typical use. Proper lubrication and alignment help maximize service life.

Where can I see how to replace the hinges and rollers?
