30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: Most new/unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus original shipping. If it’s our error, we’ll cover return shipping.
Non-returnable items include paint and control boards.

Damaged: Submit a return request with photos—we’ll replace it.
Defective (within 30 days): We’ll exchange it at our expense. Outside 30 days: return shipping is at your expense; store credit issued. Some products have a 30-day warranty—see the product page.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Funds usually appear in 7–10 business days.
