Do you ship outside the USA?

We currently ship within the USA only. International customers can order using a package forwarding service that provides a U.S. address.

How do I order from outside the USA?

Sign up with a forwarding service such as Stackry (https://www.stackry.com), Shipito (https://www.shipito.com), or MyUS (https://www.myus.com) to get a personal U.S. shipping address. Place your order on our website using that address. We ship domestically to your forwarder and send you the tracking number. The forwarder then ships to you internationally and provides new tracking plus any customs information.

Who pays duties and taxes?

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are handled through your forwarding service and local customs office.

What about damage or loss after forwarding?

Our responsibility ends once your order is delivered to your U.S. forwarding address. Any claims for loss or damage after that point must be handled directly with your forwarding service.

Can I return items from outside the USA?
