These winding bars are used to adjust the tension of garage door springs. They are made of strong, steel and have a round shape for a secure grip. The set includes two bars, each 18 inches long and with a .5 inch diameter. They are designed to fit most residential winding cones. These bars are necessary for the installation of garage door torsion springs and are available for purchase in a set of two or in singles.
