Please note, if you purchase this keypad for a Wayne Dalton Models 215WD, 220WD, 315WD, 320WD you will need to follow the "TYPE 4" set in the instructions and use "ID 4" to be able to get it to work with your unit. Wayne Dalton models 100-320 were originally manufactured by Liftmaster for Wayne Dalton, so it falls into the set above on the instructions.
