Express Garage Doors offers Free Shipping on qualifying orders within the United States. This promotion is designed to provide fast, reliable delivery while allowing us to choose the most efficient and cost effective carrier and service for each shipment.

By placing an order under the Free Shipping promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

How Free Shipping Works

When Free Shipping is applied to your order, Express Garage Doors will select the shipping carrier and service level that best fits your order, destination, and package requirements. This may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Carrier selection, service level, and routing are determined solely by Express Garage Doors and cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Eligibility

• Orders shipping within the contiguous United States
• Qualifying products that do not require special handling, oversized packaging, or restricted carrier services
• Residential and commercial addresses that can be serviced by our standard shipping network

Exclusions and Restrictions

• Non contiguous states, including Alaska and Hawaii
• U.S. territories and international destinations
• Items that require special handling, oversized packaging, or freight style shipping
• Orders that must ship via UPS due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions
• Custom cut, made to order, or specialty items that require non standard packaging or handling

If an order includes both qualifying and non qualifying items, Free Shipping may be removed from the entire order or applied only to eligible items at our discretion.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

• Free Shipping orders are shipped using the method and carrier selected by Express Garage Doors
• Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
• Expedited and guaranteed delivery services are not included with Free Shipping
• Once an order has shipped, shipping costs are non refundable

Returns & Free Shipping

• Orders over $150 qualify for free standard outbound shipping
• If an order is returned or refused, the actual outbound shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item

Order Processing

Most in stock items ship the same or next business day. Some custom or made to order items may require additional handling time before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Policy Enforcement

Express Garage Doors reserves the right to remove Free Shipping from any order that does not meet eligibility requirements, adjust shipping methods based on carrier availability, package dimensions, or destination limitations, and cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
