# Return Request

## Starting a Return

Enter the **Email Address** or **Phone Number** used on the order and your **Order Number** below, then click **Search**.

## Return Request Process

1.  Lookup your order.
2.  Select the item(s) you want to return and choose the return reason.
3.  Select a refund type and add notes or photos if needed.
4.  Select your return label option (use your own carrier or purchase a label through the portal).
5.  Submit your return request.

If you choose to purchase a return label, you will receive it by email and can also print it directly from the returns portal. Follow the instructions in your return email to properly package and ship your return.

After the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to **7 business days** for refunds or store credits to process.

## Return Window & Eligibility

Returns must be requested within **30 days of delivery**. Items must be:

-   New and unused
-   In original packaging
-   Complete with all parts and accessories

Returns that arrive used, damaged, incomplete, or outside the return window may be denied.

## Refund Returns

-   **15% restocking fee**
-   **Return shipping paid by customer**
-   **Original shipping is non-refundable**

If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the **actual outbound shipping cost we incurred** from your refund.

## Store Credit

-   **5% restocking fee**
-   **Return shipping paid by customer**
-   **Original shipping is non-refundable**

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued.

## Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, submit a return request and include photos.

-   We will issue a store credit to be put towards a new order for the same item or will manually enter a replacement order for you depend on the case.
-   Return shipping will be **covered by us when using our provided return label**. Please contact us to receive a prepaid return label.

## Important Return Conditions

**Incorrect Item Ordered**  
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering. Incorrect items follow the standard return terms.

**Installed or Used Items**  
Items that have been installed, used, or modified cannot be returned.

**Refused or Undeliverable Shipments**  
Refused or returned shipments will be treated as a return and shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
